What we collect from you

• Nothing, for normal browsing. No account is needed. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (aggregate page counts only - no cross-site tracking, no ad networks).
• Access requests: if you request access to the Real Estate Intelligence preview, we store the name, email and purpose you submit, solely to review the request and contact you. We do not sell or share this.
• Server logs: standard, short-lived logs (IP, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.

What we publish

The site republishes information from public government records - census data, village directories, official circle rates, scheme details, and (in a restricted, non-indexed section) land registration and record-of-rights data published by the Government of Uttarakhand. These records are public by law; we add search and organization, not new personal information.

• Pages containing personal names are excluded from search engines.
• The land-records section is access-restricted during preview.
• We display records verbatim with links to the official source, so errors can be traced to the record itself.

Your rights (DPDP Act)

If a record about you appears here and you believe it is inaccurate, or you wish to raise a grievance about personal data, write to us via Contact. We respond to legitimate requests (correction at source, restriction of display) within 30 days. Note that corrections to the underlying government record must be made with the issuing office; we reflect the source.

Cookies

One functional cookie exists: the access cookie set when you unlock the restricted section with an invite code. No advertising or tracking cookies.
